Plans, payment and refunds

Plans

The pricing page (Subscription in the avatar menu) shows the plans:

  • Free: credits on sign-up and a few free credits a day, no card needed.
  • Paid monthly plans, Starter, Hobby, Builder and Pro, each with its price and monthly credits on its card. "Most popular" marks the usual choice and "Current plan" marks yours.

The page also covers using your own coding agent, links to the credit cost of each editor and model, and answers common questions under How credits work. Prices are in US dollars.

Subscribing and paying

  1. On the pricing page, click Subscribe on a plan (signed out, the button says Sign in to subscribe).
  2. A confirmation page shows the plan, its price and monthly credits, and your balance. Continue to checkout takes you to Stripe to pay.
  3. Back in FloMotion, "Your payment was successful" shows your new balance; credits arrive within a minute. Go to projects continues.

If you leave the Stripe page without paying, "Checkout cancelled" confirms that no charge was made.

Card details are handled by Stripe; FloMotion never stores them.

Changing plan

A paid plan's card shows Upgrade or Downgrade. The confirmation page shows the current plan, the new one, and what happens:

  • Upgrade: Stripe charges the prorated difference today, and the new plan's credits arrive within a minute.
  • Downgrade: no charge today; the current plan continues to the end of the billing period, then renews at the lower price.

The Account page's Change plan leads to the same place.

Invoices and payment details

With a plan, the pricing page shows Current subscription: the plan, and when it renews or cancels. Manage subscription opens the Stripe billing portal, with your invoices and payment method.

Cancelling

Cancel subscription on the pricing page cancels at the end of the paid period. Until then your plan and its credits stay available, and the page says when it ends ("Cancels on …"). There is nothing else to do and no fee.

Credit roll-over

Unused monthly credits carry over once, then expire at the end of the following billing cycle.

Refunds

  • Payments are not refunded for unused credits or for a partly used billing period. Cancel any time to stop the next charge.
  • Credits used by the agent are not refunded when an iteration did not produce the result you wanted, or when a task failed. The agent's work can fail and need several attempts; that is part of what credits pay for.
  • Statutory refund rights where you live are not affected.

The Terms of Service (section 5) are the binding text. For a billing problem, such as a double charge, use Help → Contact Us.
