Flomotion ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: When you sign in (Google sign-in or email link), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from the authentication provider. Authentication itself is handled by Firebase Authentication.
- Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, actions taken, session duration, and device/browser information.
- AI interactions: We collect the content of messages you send to and receive from the AI assistant, including any design context provided.
- Design data: Schematics, workspaces, and component definitions you create and save using the Service.
- Billing metadata: If you subscribe to a paid plan, we store a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, plan name, and renewal period. We use this to provision credits and display your subscription state.
3. Payment Information
We do not collect, store, or process credit card details. All payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. When you check out, Stripe collects your card information directly on its own infrastructure and provides us only with a customer reference, plan information, and payment status. 4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Process subscriptions, grant credits, and provide customer support.
- Improve and develop new features of the Service.
- Train and improve machine learning models, including but not limited to custom AI models used within the Service. This may include using AI interaction data as training data.
- Monitor usage patterns and diagnose technical issues.
- Communicate with you about the Service.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g. hosting, analytics, payment processing), under data processing agreements.
- Stripe for payment processing and subscription management.
- AI model providers for the purpose of generating responses to your queries.
- Law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Billing records may be retained for longer where required by law (e.g. tax recordkeeping). You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.
8. Cookies and Analytics
We use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to collect aggregated usage statistics. These tools may use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent and supervision. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@flomotion.app and we will delete the information and close the account.
